How to Pay Using Crypto

Thank you for paying via crypto! We accept a range of coins, but many Australian customers find USDC via the Polygon network using CoinSpot to be a convenient way to settle the payment.

Step 1: Finalise Your Order

Proceed through the checkout using the ‘Crypto Payments‘ option until you reach the final Payment Screen. This screen will display:

  • The specific Amount to send (e.g., 123.56 USDC).
  • Our Wallet Address (a long string of characters).
  • A QR Code.

Keep this window open. You’ll need these exact details for the next step.

Step 2: Send Funds from CoinSpot

  1. Open your CoinSpot App or log in to the website (these steps can also be followed for any other crypto exchange).
  2. Navigate to Wallets and select USDC.
  3. Tap or click Send.
  4. Enter the transaction details (Scan the QR Code or enter manually):
    • Amount: Enter the exact crypto amount shown on our payment page.
    • Network (Crucial): Select Polygon.
    • Payment Address: Copy and paste the wallet address from our payment screen.
  5. Triple-check the details are spot-on.
  6. Complete your security verification (2FA/SMS code) and confirm the withdrawal.

Step 3: Confirmation

Once sent, return to our payment page. The system will automatically detect and verify your payment once it confirms on the blockchain (usually takes a few minutes).
